Day 1
Kicking it off

To maximize efficiency we map out your goals & timeline, assets and challenges and current sales process and breaking points.

Based on your sales use cases, we define ICP variations, value propositions and dive into campaign setups and copywriting.

The goal is to set up a signal-based campaign tree to AB test relevant hypotheses with multivariate testing.

Week 1-3
Set up campaigns

Depending on your strategy and current tech stack, we set up an email infrastructure with best practices for email warm up.

Based on the campaign strategy of the workshop we'll finalize copy together and get the first multi-variate campaigns live and running after a couple of days (or after email warm up is done).

Week 4-6
Observe & fine-tune

Once the campaigns have started, we'll closely observe relevant KPIs and responses and potentially fine-tune on the go.

At the same time, we're preparing the second run of campaigns based on the workshop strategy or iterations due to first learnings.

Week 6-8
Analyze & optimize

We'll show you how to analyze multivariate campaign hypotheses and discuss optimization and automation strategies.

After the 8-week-program you have learned everything you need to know about sales signals, sales automation & AI, copywriting, hypothesis testing and campaign setups.
