Before

Preparing event outreach is always tedious, especially if no networking app exists. When Appsfactory entered the US market with design consultancy Edenspiekermann, their goal was to establish a strong market presence efficiently. As part of their go-to-market strategy, they attended leading business events in media, automotive, and real estate.

Capabilities

Today, Appsfactory leverages Signalist to streamline event outreach and secure high-quality meetings at conferences and events. Signalist has significantly improved their preparation process, allowing them to focus on meaningful interactions rather than manual tasks, making every event a strategic growth opportunity.

After

Signalist's core feature is to build clean lead lists based on various inputs. For event outreach, Signalist requires only login details for a networking app. If no app is available, Signalist identifies relevant LinkedIn posts of potential participants. This tool helped Appsfactory prepare for key events like the Figma Config conference effectively.

Signals

Appsfactory relies on event schedules, exhibitor lists, and LinkedIn posts to drive their outreach strategy.  If a networking app is available, it is the preferred method to identify potential leads. Additionally, Appsfactory uploads lists of exhibiting or attending companies into Signalist, which then finds target personas to automate pre-event outreach.

We just have to enter which conference we're attending and Signalist pulls out relevant participants for us.
